1. Register online as soon as possible but by the deadline of September 2, 2008 for the Governance Conference for Board Members and Heads of School which will take place in Miami from September 25-27, 2008. This year's conference will be facilitated by Jim Ambrose and Paul Poore and will provide interactive governance training for board members and heads of school. Registration information is posted under AASSA Conference/Governance Conference.

2.  The 2008 AASSA Recruiting Fair will be held in Atlanta, Georgia from the evening of December 4 – 7.  Both recruiters and candidates will soon be able to register online.  Unfortunately, our site is in the final stages of development and will be available to candidate soon (we hope by the first week of August). In the meantime,  Interested candidates are welcome to call us (954-436-4034) and we will contact you by email once this site is operational.
