The $1,000 fee includes two tables at
the Sheraton Hotel and at the American School of Asuncion,
all Social Events and Lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for no more
than 2 vendors.
Conference Participation: Typically, 45-50 principals attend this conference as well as approximately 500 teachers.

Conference Schedule:
Wednesday, October 18: Principals arrive in Asuncion
Thursday, October 19:
Conference activities and meetings all day. Opening reception
and keynote speaker in the evening. Exhibitors set up in AM at the hotel.
Friday, October 20: Meetings all day for all participants.
Saturday, October 21:
Meetings all day for all participants with the conference ending at 5pm.

Shipping Samples:
AASSA has received permission for a special shipment
for the Asuncion Conference. We will be using our freight forwarder
here in Miami and sending the shipment by air. Here is what you need to
do:
1) Ship your samples to the following address. The boxes MUST be addressed EXACTLY as follows:

2) The boxes must contain a letter stating that the goods are conference samples only, no commercial value, and not for re-sale.
3) There is a WEIGHT LIMIT of 300 pounds per Exhibitor.
4) DEADLINE: Your boxes must arrive at Ideal
Cargo in Miami absolutely no later than Friday, September 29th.
Any boxes received after that date will NOT be sent in the shipment
to Asuncion.
5) The boxes will arrive in Asuncion approximately
one week before the conference and stored at the host school.
They will be available by Tuesday, October 18th.
6) AASSA will bill you once we receive the airway bill from Ideal.
As you make plans, please be aware that each organization
will have only two tables. You will be able to set up your
displays on the morning of the 19th.
