AASSA SPONSORSHIP RECOGNITION

AASSA sponsors play an important economic role in the success of AASSA conferences and activities.  Not only do they assist AASSA via their donations and membership, they also add a level of professionalism to our activities.  Sponsoring organizations work with our member schools on a year-round basis, providing schools with important and vital educational tools to accomplish their missions. The representatives of our sponsoring organizations also understand the unique situations which our schools face and often are personal friends of our administrators and teachers.  AASSA sponsors are truly a valuable and important part of the services which AASSA provides to our membership.

We have developed a formal program which is intended to give highlighted recognition to our valued sponsors.  The following sponsorship levels have been developed (which includes the $1,000 annual dues).

PLATINUM LEVEL--$6,000

GOLD LEVEL--$4,500

SILVER LEVEL--$3,000

The levels above will be given recognition at the Annual Educator’s Conference in the following ways:

For those Sponsors who wish to sponsor specific events or activities without aiming to reach one of the above levels of sponsorship, the following is a guideline of typical sponsorship amounts:

--Sponsor a keynote speaker                       $1,000+
--Sponsor a reception                                  $1,000+
--Sponsor a coffee break                             $1,000+
--Sponsor a luncheon                                  $1,000+
--Sponsor the conference program              $2,000+
--Sponsor a special event (e.g. social          $2,000+ 
   event, tour, conference activity)                         

Appropriate recognition will be given in the conference program for the above sponsorships.
