Exhibitors' Instructions

for the Governance Conference 

at  

Marriott Miami Dadeland 


Dates of Exhibition:

Exhibitions will take place during the main conference days, Friday and Saturday, September 14 & 15.  


Shipping Materials:

If you are shipping  materials for the Governance Conference, please mark your boxes with the following address:

Please ship as close as possible to the conference date. Due to limited storage space, the hotel suggests shipping four days prior to the event.

Set-up and Location:

Exhibitors' will be allowed to select/set-up their table on Thursday, September 13th from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Display tables will be located on the 3rd Floor Conference Center, and coffee breaks will be held in this area.

Exhibit Tables:

Exhibitors' are provided with one table each (covered with a tablecloth). Table dimensions are 6 ft. long by 18 in. or 30 in. wide. If you require two tables, please send your request by email to either Terri or Esther.
