This page is meant to serve as general information for Associate Members who wish to exhibit at the AASSA Educators’ Conference in Santiago.
Please note that transportation to/from the conference site (InternationalSchool Nido de Aguilas) will be provided daily by bus from the conference hotels only!

Registration and Cost of the Conference
Exhibitors registration fee is $550 per person. One table is included as part of the annual membership dues.

Shipping Goods to Santiago, Chile
Because of the difficulties of clearing goods in Chile, we request exhibitors use AirConcepts USA:
Please Click here for information on using AirConcepts USA service and to print out a contract to use their service. It's important to ship early (one month in advance) to avoid any delays in customs. Please note all materials should be picked up by the week of March 11, 2019.

Exhibitor Setup at Conference
Exhibitors will be allowed to set up for the Main Conference at the International School Nido de Aguilas on Wednesday, April 3rd from 1:45 pm - 4:00 pm. Exhibitors will be located in the area where coffee breaks will be served.
